A single download that runs on your own Windows computer. No installer to fight, no account to create, no runtime to configure — it uses only what Python already ships with, and starts by double-clicking one file.

What is not included
- Market data. Aftermark ships with no data and no API keys. Live quotes and news need your own key from a provider you sign up with directly.
- Wash-sale detection. Aftermark is not tax software.
- A hosted version or a mobile app. It runs on your computer, and only on your computer.
- An obligation to support. We answer email and we intend to keep improving it, but the licence does not promise support, updates or maintenance. We would rather say that here than imply otherwise.
The Schwab connection expires every 7 days. Schwab's API requires a fresh sign-in each week and provides no way for software to renew it automatically. Aftermark shows the days remaining and gives you a one-click reconnect, but you will do that roughly once a week for as long as you use it. The CSV path has no such limit.
