We are a very small company, so this is the same address for support, refunds, pre-sales questions and anything else. Expect a reply within a couple of business days.
What to include
- Refunds — email from the address you bought with, and include your order or receipt number if you have it. See the refund policy.
- Something is wrong — tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. If a number looks incorrect, the most useful thing you can send is what your broker shows for the same trade.
- Before you buy — ask. We would rather answer honestly and lose the sale than have you find out later.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give investment, tax or legal advice, and we cannot tell you what to trade. We also cannot recover, reset or revoke your API keys — only the provider who issued them can do that.
